The 159th Anniversary
STATE SUNDAY SCHOOL
The 2021 Pennsylvania State Sunday School Convention will be held on Saturday, October 23rd, at Antrim Brethren in Christ Church, 24 Kauffman Road East, Chambersburg, PA (Franklin County).
The 2021 event will follow a one-day format. The convention will begin on Saturday morning with an Opening Devotional Session, featuring a message by Dr. Esther Zimmerman, Associate Professor of Children’s and Family Ministry, at Lancaster Bible College.
The rest of the day will be dedicated to workshop training. There will be four 60-minute workshop periods. Workshops will be offered for teachers of children, teachers of youth, teachers of adults, leaders plus general interest workshops, too.
There will also be displays and exhibits and a delicious lunch served by the host church.
Everyone is welcome and invited to attends.

About The 2021 State Convention…
WHO SHOULD ATTEND? – All interested persons are welcome! Sunday school teachers and leaders, pastors and other Christian education workers are especially encouraged to attend. Registration is required for all persons attending.
LOCATION & DIRECTIONS – The host church for this year’s convention is Antrim Brethren In Christ Church, 24 Kauffman Road East, Chambersburg, PA. The church is located just off Route 11, between Chambersburg and Greencastle. If you need directions to the church, call 1-800-358-2303.
ACCOMODATIONS – There are a number of hotels ad motels in the Chambersburt area. For more information, contact the P.S.S.S.A. office.
LUNCH – A delicious lunch will be served by the host church. The cost is $10.00 per person. Reservations and pre-payment are required and must be received by October 15th. Lunch costs are extra for all persons registered as individuals or under a “church registration.” The menu for the lunch is as follows: Pulled pork sandwich, macaroni & cheese, green beans, coleslaw, cake and drinks (coffee, tea & lemonaide).
EXHIBITS & DISPLAYS – Again this year we have invited a number of Christian publishing companies, other resource providers and organizations to have displays at the convention.
HANDICAPPED ACCESS – The host church is a large, modern facility that has elevators between the two floors of the building. Handicapped parking will also be available.

DIRECTIONS TO THE CHURCH...
Take Route 81 to the Marion (#10) Exit. Turn onto Route 914 West. Go about one mile to the traffic light. At the light, turn LEFT onto Route 11 South (toward Greencastle). Go about 2-1/4 miles until you come to Kauffman Road (on the Left; you will see the church ahead on the left; you will also see Mrs. Gibbles Restaurant ahead on the right). Turn onto Kauffman Road and go less than 1/4 mile until you come to the entrance to the church on the right. Watch for the signs that will direct you to the registration area, inside the Family Life Center.
Individual Registrations are $25.00 per person (the lunch cost is extra)
Church Registrations allow a church to bring all other interested teachers, leaders and members to the convention for a single payment of just $125.00. (Lunch costs are extra.) Church registrations much be made by October 15th and a list of the names of persons attending under the church registration must be submitted to the P.S.S.S.A. office by that same date.
Lunch Costs are extra for all persons. The menu for the lunch has not yet been announced by the host church but we are sure it will be delicious! The price of the lunch is just $10.00 per person. Lunch reservations must be made and paid by October 15th.
